Happy 4th of July, everyone!

I’ve been celebrating at work all week…

Roasted Red White and Blue Potato Salad {roast yellow, red, and purple potatoes and toss with chopped red peppers, minced garlic, a little bit of olive oil, parsley, parmesan cheese, green onions, salt, and pepper}IMG_20140702_114630[1]IMG_20140702_114622[1]

Eat well, watch some fireworks, don your best red/white/blue apparel, celebrate all that’s great about America, and stay safe!

Keep it wicked healthy xoxo

  1. The best part is so many natural, real food options are red white and blue 🙂 so you can be festive without buying a treat with Red 1 or some other nonsense dye in it. I’d be all OVER that potato dish.
